You are in a coma. Yes, there's no mystery about that, you already knew it... in fact, it's the only thing you know about yourself. And no, you can't simply "wake-up"...

S-Omnia is an exploration game where the goal is to witness things. Exploring is all that is needed to complete the game, but it still can offer different kinds of gameplay.

The game is meant to be an amalgamation of different ideas, developed between and during other projects, with many different versions released without a fixed schedule. Its uncertainty is intended.
